Created in the rectangular format of an Islamic prayer rug, East of Eden comprises 61 groupings of knives. It is currently installed at MAMCO, Geneva, as part of their exhibition Inventaire. Other iterations of this work include Axe On, exhibited in 2008 at MoMA PS1, New York, and Nymphéas, exhibited at the Venice Biennale in 2015.
